BCSi is a fully staffed, 24 hour-a-day company formed to provide reliable armed and unarmed, classified and unclassified security and investigative services to the Federal, State & Local Government. Our success is due to our commitment to be flexible and provide the service as required by our clients rather than to attempt to fit the clients' needs to a pre-packaged line of services. Our management team successful experience in the security and investigation fields. Providing reliable services to varying sizes of clients' needs means being able to coordinate tailor-made security procedures and implement them in conjunction with the in-house management of individual accounts.
BCSi maintains an awareness of responsibility as an integral part of our recruitment process. We analyze the individual requirements of each client's mission. We provide guards with intelligence and an aptitude for quality. BCSi's orientation process instills a sense of purpose into each employee while stressing the significance of all property, documents, and human safety. Our procedures are clear in matters of preventive investigation analysis. BCSi utilizes this to devise action plans in areas of possible risk and/or security breach. BCSi shall brief each guard in these points and every step or procedural response drilled frequently. In this manner, we effectively contain the possibility for theft, vandalism, and terrorist attempt.
BCSi relies on awareness. We ensure that each guard has discipline and experience in the art of observance. We do not tolerate casual attitudes, and we insist on a professional demeanor. Additionally, BCSi trains our personnel in public relations and inspection technique for the purposes of visitor control--not wanting to appear too authoritarian in our behavior towards visitors--yet maintaining an air of authority.
Qualified Guard Force Personnel
Personnel who meet all uniform, appearance, standards of conduct, security, requirements for handling of firearms, training requirements, and other personnel qualifications set forth in the solicitation. Guards shall meet the requirements of the Federal Government, and state and local requirements, and the accepted standards of professional security firms. All guard force personnel shall:
- Deter & report damage, pilferage, removal, misuse, larceny, theft, or other improper or unlawful threats or actions
- Discover & detain persons attempting to gain unauthorized access to the property or secured areas
- Be in full uniform and ready to begin work promptly at the start of their shift
- Remain on the job in full uniform until the end of the full tour duty
- Personnel shall be present during the hours specified by in the contract for each post
Security guard post assignments include:

Readiness in an Emergency
During an emergency, our Security Officers are often first responders. BCSi trains our staff to focus on communication, coordination, and control. Our Security Officers:
- Assume command of the situation
- Manage evacuations
- Coordinate with emergency response units
- Ensure the use of safety precautions to maintain safety & health during evacuations
- Ensure radio & other channels of communication remain open

Front Desk Operations
The Front Desk operations provide a variety of services for the guests. Primarily, they register arriving guests, assign rooms, and check guests out at the end of their stay. The Front Desk also keeps records of room assignments and other registration information on computers. Front desk clerks are always in the public eye and, through their attitude and behavior, greatly influence the public's impressions of the establishment. When answering questions about services, checkout times, the local community, or other matters of public interest, BCSi's personnel must be courteous and helpful.
The Front Desk has the responsibility for all front office operations, information, and services. BCSi understands that the front desk staff has the opportunity to make a lasting, favorable impression on the guest.
BCSi shall perform the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Provide all management, services, materials and supplies, labor and equipment to maintain and operate the front reception desk
- Operate a traditional hotel-style Front Desk operation
- Operate the Front Desk as the primary contact point for overnight residents
Lodging Operations
BCSi believes that the Lodging Manager sets the expression of hospitality for the entire lodging operation. The manager will ensure consistent, quality service to meet our customers' expectations every time. Any time a guest takes the time to point out an area of concern or dissatisfaction, the Manager will correct the situation as soon as possible and inform the guest of the action taken.
Responsibilities as Project Manager include:
- Overseeing and coordinating the contract work schedule and personnel
- Guest Services
- Front Desk Operation
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Establishing production controls and standards
- Coordinating on-the-job training when necessary
- Determining workloads and develops work schedules
- Scheduling work of subordinates
- Corrective actions when required as the result of an inspection
- Scheduling and supervising sanitation, housekeeping and grounds keeping functions
- Improving work methods and procedures for economy of operations
- Providing assistance in formulating effective Quality Control procedures for all functional areas encompassed by the contract
- Conducting regular employee meetings
- Scheduling employees for initial and recurring training
